A Year On ...

OMG OMG OMG!
It's been over a year since I last posted .. I can't believe it!

A few people have commented recently that I haven't updated my blog in a while, so I thought it was about time I dusted the cobwebs off this thing and started once again ..

So much has happened in the past year, but to write about it would only bore people to tears :p

I guess the best way to describe the year is through my photos - a picture speaks a thousand words! (though some may look worse than they really are hehe :p) ... I've been socialising a lot more lately (my workmate thinks it's funny as I'm always telling him I'm anti-social!) ... Birthdays, farewells, work events, welcome backs, general gatherings ... it's been a lot of fun - got my mind off things too :o) I've had quite a few girls outings too which has been fun - free from testosterone :p hehe .. I've also been corrupted too (am learning new terminology all the time :p) but that's a different story ...

Bit bummed out atm .. can't do any exercise :o/ I took part in the City to Surf last week, and now my knee is injured - I have iliotibial band syndrome, and need to rest it to recover .. but i really want to just run around and go back to the gym :o/ frustrating! Have my frisbee semis on Monday and am really hoping to play in it .. but with my knee the way it is, I don't know if that's such a good idea :o/ I'm so stubborn though!

Just got back from Lish's birthday dinner - was good, except I think the cold made my knee worse :o( Have the heater on now and am defrosting :o)

Work's going okay ... One of my workmates is on paternity leave, which is kinda sad cos I enjoyed chatting to him about random things such as the ladder theory .. another guy on my floor, who I've started to get to know better lately, will be leaving shortly too ... everyone just wants to leave :o(

Anyhoos, better go ... I think I need to spend some time working on my blog template too sometime - but that may take a while considering it's taken me a year just to post! :o)
