Ladies Are to Follow ...

... and so that is the case with dancing (proper dancing), but it doesn't always turn out that way ..

Just got back from my 2nd wedding dance class (2/4 .. though we're only attending 3 as the 4th one is on the same night as the hens/bucks night) for my sista's wedding .. whilst my partner is nice and trying really hard, he has .. well 3 left feet ...

He (one of my sista's fiance's best friend) has improved since last week (yay!) but there's still a long long long way to go! And with only 1 lesson left, it's kinda worrying as we are probably going to be the worst couple on the night ...

I tried leading, but it's hard .. and it's hard being lead when the leader is unsure of the footwork .. I think a big problem is that he concentrates on his feet too much, but he can't help it cos it's kinda hard not to ... and if he doesn't, he may just end up stepping on my toes ...

The fact that he's really tall doesn't help either :p Think my left arm was getting sore from having it held up so high :p I danced one dance with my sista's partner (the other groomsman) and it was significantly a different feeling being lead and dancing with someone who has 1 left foot and 1 right foot ..

But, we are having fun I guess .. though I prolly wasn't in the highest of spirits tonight ... Have had a really really really carp day today :o( And to be quite honest, I can't wait till it's over ..

So i'm going to end this post now, have a nice long soaking bath and go to bed, ready for an early morning at the gym :o) Can't wait :o)
