Another Week ...

Another week of work .. Another week of frisbee .. Another week of gymming .. Another week of feeling lazy .. Another week of wanting to sleep in ... Another week of feeling guilty .. Tis just another week ...

*sigh* so drowsy atm .. I think it's to do with the air-conditioning .. I had lunch with Allan L, Hung and JY today - I didn't gym it cos I was just too tired :o( Tis kinda quiet without Matt around but we're coping :o) Everyone else felt drowsy at lunch too, though after some chatting and munching I felt slightly more awake .. though now I'm back at my desk i'm feeling really fatigued again :o(

I found the hairstyle that I want for my sista's wedding - hehe i sometimes wear my hair like this myself on normal days :p .. I had it trialled on me on Saturday and it looks okay .. a bit simple, but that's what my sista (the other bridesmaid) and I want .. It's a bit of a bummer knowing that I could do my hair in this style myself for free, but I don't know if i'd trust myself on the day ... Might be having a really bad hair day and I'm no good with the hairspray .. So I'd rather pay someone else to do all the work for me, so I can just sit back and relax! Plus, I don't know if i'd trust myself to do the same hairdo on my sista's hair! Am not used to doing others' hair, only my own!

Saturday night, I went to the Bledisloe Cup/Tri-Nations Serie with my parents .. They're huge fans of rugby union (mainly my mum is) .. It was a good game, I didn't ilke the ref much though, I don't think he was always fair with his decisions ... But maybe I'm just bias :p Though we still won which was good to see :o)

Sunday, I didn't do that much .. slept in :o) Went to Spotlight with my mum and bought more material .. I want to make a top for myself --> the lady serving us remembers that I bought that same material in a different colour .. Freaky how she remembers, esp seeing as I bought that material back in April! :o) Just have to find the time to make the top, though there's really no rush ..

I also have to make a top for my mum for the wedding .. just a singlet to wear under her jacket, but she has to find the material for it first ... hmm I don't know if I trust my sewing enough though, as I can hide any flaws on my own clothing as I know where they are .. don't think my mum will be too keen on that :p Oh well, as long as she doesn't take her jacket off, it should be okay :o)

I tried cooking beef biryani last night .. turned out to be a real disaster! :p hehe it's cos the quality meat we bought was shite, and I was trying to follow 2 different recipes for it .. so the order of cooking was wrong and yeah .. it tastes okay but looks all messy :p Am going to retry this dish in a couple of weeks I think, cos I think I know what I did wrong .. and i'll also buy lamb maybe next time, beef is apparently quite hard to cook with, to get it tender and stuff (have to find the right cut to use too) ... though lamb is rather expensive atm cos of the drought ... hmmm

Not sure how I'll be able to survive frisbee tonight, without wanting to fall asleep .. I must keep my eyes open at all times in the end zone, esp if a disc is coming my way :p
