hmm what i hate is when someone says "yeah, i'll be there" but they're not .. this doesn't have anything to do with friends though :p tis work related .. I'm working on 2 things atm, where the ppl i need to talk to are on the other side of the building - i hate having to trek to their side of the building only to find that they aren't there .. and then having to wait a certain amount of time, go back and they're still not there .. so one of the guys came up to me and asked me to do something for him, i asked if he'll be there for a while and he said yes .. but he lied! gyah! :p

just a bit frustrated atm as i've lost all motivation and well ... it's really hard to do work when help isnt as available as needed and when the work itself isn't really all that thrilling and challenging ..

I played touch on Wednesday .. 2 games - one with 3 vs 4 (i was on the team with 3 .. I Was their handicap :p) which I think we won? was only a friendly .. I scored 1 (i thought i'd scored more than 1) so that felt good .. then we played 5 vs 5 when more ppl came, and I scored 1 but it wasn't really a score? Like, we touched the ball into play, it was thrown my way and then i ran and scored - but the other team didn't realise we'd started the point and hence no one chased me .. but they still gave us the point anyways :p

One guy apologised for slapping me on the bum .. though he actually got my back .. but he still thinks he got my bum and seems proud of the fact :p

Went shopping at kmart with my parents y'day - 15% off sale .. we bought these storage containers to roll under my bed (i dont have room for all my clothes :p) .. but mum foned this morning to say that they don't fit! doh! :o(

Had a nice lunch today at the botanical gardens with Matt, Liggy, and JJ .. haven't seen Liggy and JJ in a while so I decided to lunch with them instead of gymming it ... I can always gym it but i can't always meet up with friends! Was really nice, but I think the sun's not doing me any good :o( that and the grass (i'm sorta allergic to it .. It got bad on Wednesday after touch when I was sweaty and on the grass in shorts :o/)

ooer, workmate just brought me some cake :p there was a farewell arvo tea on today and I didn't go cos i was feeling anti-social and didn't know the person we were farewelling .. so i jokingly said to bring me back something and he did - awww :p

I was thinking about my friends the other day and I have some v different circles of friends ... my mac bank friends are similar to the SL grads (I think it's cos of the overlap with Matt :p) in that they spend time talking about tv and chicks .. that's the main topic of our convos :p the other day, I went cd shopping with JY and he was perving on chicks and asking my opinion :p I had lunch with some of the grads on Monday and JY + Keng were all perving on this one chick :p Can't take these boys anywhere ...

But then you have my uni+hs friends who will make gross jokes and board a train to wrongtown, but they dont go perving on chicks .. and then on our forum the other day, we went all serious debating about feminism and sexual inequality! something which I dont really talk about with the grads/mac bank ppl, prolly cos most of them are blokes!

And now my workmate just sent me a funny, but inappropriate work email :p Which I know the grads/mac bankers might find amusing, but half my uni/hs friends prolly wouldn't ... well some might, Ryan, Xerx, Baz and Margs aren't the cleanest of ppl :p

But there's overlaps with these groups .. and there are other ppl who don't fall into any of these groups who I talk to about random stuff - Like Bernard, my boxing buddy who I discuss everything gym-related to .. and Louisa who I discuss random stuff, but mainly frisbee to (i sent her a tank of an email y'day which discussed only discussed Monday's game!) .. I guess it's good to have many friends so I can keep talking about all the different areas which affect me, and so all bases are covered!

Anyhoos, that's it for me .. Think Im in a silly mood, dont feel like working atm .. but then, do I ever? :p
