*Cough*

There are probably a few things I shouldn't do when I'm sick .. One being play frisbee/do sports, esp when it's outside in the cold ... Another is come into work ... Ah I remember first year uni, I was really stubborn and insisted on going into uni .. I was blowing my nose like a walrus in class, and Colville had to stop lecturing as ppl couldnt hear over my nose-blowing :p I also managed to make 14 ppl sick - and it apparently knocked a lot of them (like Xerxes and Alan) out for weeks .. They weren't happy with me then :p

My manager was also sick yesterday and took today off .. I soo should have :p I came in earlyish as well (I had problems sleeping last night, kept waking up heaps early this morning and had problems falling back asleep again), and was going to try and finish these flow charts before the meeting (my workmate wants me to present them), but alas, don't have to rush anymore :o)

Played frisbee last night and I actually played better than I have in weeks, despite being sick and having probs breathing properly :p Go figure :p I scored 3 (was scared i'd drop one as it went really low .. thankfully i didn't end up having to dive for it :p) and did 2 hand blocks (one was a bit dodgy but the other one was sorta impressive) --> after the better hand block, my captain yelled "and imagine what she can do when she's well" .. that felt good, however josh spoiled the moment by yelling "and imagine what she can do if she was tall" :p Ah delightful :p

I had to rush off early though cos of my sista's wedding dress fitting (i saw it for the first time, since we changed dressmakers) and also refused to get dirty whilst playing frisbee (didn't want to trek mud into the dress maker's place) .. good thing I didn't get dirty and didn't have to dive/layout or fall in some pile of mud :p

When I left, the score was 11-5 and we had about 5-10 mins to go .. my captain said he thinks the end score was 12-5 so that last point must have been a rather long point :p and i'm not sure if we were plaing 6 vs 7 then (as we didn't have any girl subs last night) .. oh well, i guess i'll find out later :p Was surprising that we won so easily, as the team we played are coming 2nd (we're coming 1st) and most of our games are normally pretty tight .. They got to a v good start but then our captain said "okay, let's get a turnover and score" and that's what we did and improved our play ... Though the other team were missing one of their best players (i've played with him before last season), and they were mucking about heaps and just having fun (not really concentrating) so I think that might have had something to do with the easy win last night ... hmm I hope if we play them in the finals, they are like that :p hehe but I really doubt it :p

Workmates were picking on me again y'day :p One of them keeps calling me Michelle, as he recently discovered that that's my middle name :p The other one, who was the one who started calling me "kiddo", was telling me about some movie called Versus he watched - some violent Jap, karate flick .. Apparently the chick in it looks exactly like me, and i asked him if she's hot .. his response was "no comment" .. BAH! :p
